lyrics
We're gonna put it in basic English, so everyone understands
We're not looking for an entitlement, we're just following a lesson plan
To a living wage let's turn the page, and start a new chapter where we're all engaged,
Hear the bell, answer the call, Red For Ed For ALL
We've got science behind us, there's evidence on our side
The answer is right in front of us, studies have shown time after time
It's a peer-reviewed proven fact, when you put something in you get something back
Hear the bell, answer the call, Red For Ed For All
History will be the judge, time is gonna be the jury
When the verdict's red (read), and the gavel falls will you be worried?
On judgement day will you turn away, or will you rise up knowing you had something to say
Hear the bell, answer the call, Red For Ed For All
It's simple math, the kind we all learned in school
We've got strength in numbers, a new golden rule
Investing in tomorrow only paves the road, and the future returns are worth their weight in gold
Hear the bell, answer the call, Red For Ed For All
Red For Ed For All
Red For Ed For All
Red For Ed For All
